Michelle Seitz is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Russell Investments, a leading investment firm based in Seattle, WA. She joined the company in 2017 and has already restructured the management team, revamped client offerings, and built sales and profitability. Seitz has over 30 years of industry experience and 16 years of executive leadership responsibility. Prior to her current role, Seitz spent 22 years at William Blair. Appointed Chief Executive Officer at age 35, she led William Blair’s institutional, mutual fund, and private wealth management businesses.
