Noah Perlman
Noah Perlman is the Chief Operating Officer of Gemini. In this role, he has sole responsibility for the company’s compliance, people, communications, product, marketing, sales, and support. Prior to this, he had a 13-year stint at Morgan Stanley, where he governed all legal and compliance programs, including Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions, Anti-Boycott, Anti-Corruption, and Government and Political Activities. Perlman was also Chairman of Morgan Stanley’s Political Action Committee and a member of numerous firm-level risk and control committees.
