Oliver Linch is the Global CEO and General Counsel of Bittrex Global, one of the world's most secure digital asset exchanges. Under his leadership, Bittrex continues to position itself as a best-in-class, regulatory cryptocurrency exchange. Prior to joining Bittrex, Linch served as a Senior Associate in the Financial Institutions Advisory & Financial Regulatory Team at Shearman & Sterling, where he advised major investment banks, exchanges and other financial institutions on regulatory matters. He has over a decade of experience advising a range of clients on both non-contentious and contentious regulatory law in the United States, United Kingdom, Middle East, and the European Union. He specialized in various areas of financial regulatory advisory work, with particular expertise in advising exchanges, clearing houses and other financial market infrastructure companies, as well as payment service providers.
