Randy Garcia is the Founder and CEO of the Investment Counsel Company, the oldest and largest Nevada-based independent investment management firm. Garcia is an innovative leader with over 35 years of experience in the investment management consulting industry. He has been recognized for his expertise and excellence over the last three decades by numerous financial industry publications including Money Magazine, Barron’s, the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Wealth Manager and Medical Economic magazines. Prior to establishing ICC in 1987, he worked as an investment advisor for one of the country’s top financial firms. Garcia also sits on several non-profit Boards of Directors and contributes generously of his time and resources to promote positive systemic change in the southern Nevada community.
