Richard "Rip" Hale, CFP®, CIMC®, CPWA®, Managing Director, Senior Institutional Consultant, Financial Advisor, and Founding Partner of The Hale Group at Morgan Stanley, has been in the financial services industry since 1984. Rip concentrates on the areas of financial planning, asset allocation, and risk management. His drive to help clients reach their financial goals has earned him repeated recognition from financial publications in the industry such as Barron’s and Forbes. In addition to his financial career, Rip is active in the Dayton Community. He serves on the boards of various organizations, including Dayton Art Institute, Institute of Management Accountants, and University of Dayton School of Law Employee Benefits Tax Conference. In 2019, Rip has been and his wife Denise were honored as 2019 Outstanding Philanthropists by the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
