Rob Sharps
Rob Sharps is the CEO and President of T. Rowe Price, a premiere global asset management organization. He is also the Chair of the firm’s Executive, Management, and Management Compensation and Development Committees. Sharps joined the firm in 1997 and has held various senior leadership roles within the Price Group, including serving as the former longtime portfolio manager of the US Large-Cap Growth Equity Strategy. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, he began his career in 1993 as a Senior Management Consultant for KPMG where he focused on corporate transactions. Sharps is also a passionate advocate for education, supporting several education-related causes.

Sharps joined the firm in 1997 as an Analyst specializing in financial services stocks, including banks, asset managers, and securities brokers.
In 2016, he stopped down from portfolio management to assume an investment leadership position as Co-Head of Global Equity.
Prior to his current roles, he was Head of Investments and Group Chief Investment Officer from 2017 to 2021. He became President of Price Group and then CEO in January 2022.
He has also served within the firm's Investment Management Steering Committee and serves on the firm's Management, International Equity Steering, U.S. Equity Steering, Fixed Income Steering, Asset Allocation, and Product Strategy Committees.
