Vivek Ramaswamy is a New York Times bestselling author, conservative political activist, and business leader who has founded multiple successful enterprises. Vivek is the Co-founder and Executive Chairman of Strive, an asset management firm focusing on excellence over politics. He is also a board member of Philanthropy Roundtable and The Foundation for Research on Equal Opportunity. Prior to Strive, he was the Founder and CEO of Roivant Sciences, a biopharma company focused on the application of technology to drug development. He founded Roivant in 2014 and led the largest biotech IPOs of 2015 and 2016, eventually leading in successful clinical trials in multiple disease areas that led to FDA-approved products. In 2020, he emerged as a prominent national commentator on stakeholder capitalism, free speech, and woke culture. The author of "Woke, Inc." and "Nation of Victims," he was labeled "one of the intellectual godfathers of the anti-woke movement" by Politico. In February 2023, he announced his candidacy in the 2024 Republican Party presidential primaries.
