Will Peets
Will Peets is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of 100 Acre Ventures, a technical investment firm focused on the emerging digital asset class. Prior to launching 100AV, he spent six years as Chief Risk Officer at Passport Capital and Chief Investment Officer at Passport Digital. At Passport, he informed the portfolio construction process and provided guidance on position sizing, hedging, and risk management for the fund's $4.5B in assets. He was also a Vice President at MSCI, where he consulted with hedge funds on portfolio construction and their use of Barra and Risk Metrics. Since 2016, Peets has invested extensively in the digital currency space, making early stage investments in traditional equity, base protocols, decentralized applications, and seeding some of the most prominent crypto funds.
