Alvin Foo
Alvin Foo is Managing Partner of Chain Valley Capital, a venture capital firm dedicated to supporting early stage startups in the new digital assets economy. Foo is a senior internet and mobile media executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in Asia Pacific. Previously, he was Head of Mobile for Google China, was responsible for mobile advertising sales and business development for Greater China. He also held various leadership roles with other tech and media companies including Nokia, where he served as Head of China in the Advertising Business Unit. Foo was also an advisor in companies such as stock trading social platform TradeHero, crypto company NASDEX, SXSW and AI+blockchain ad exchange network NOIZ. In addition, he was the Co-Founder of DAOventures, a smart money manager and robo-advisory on blockchain.

EARLY CAREER
After graduating from Brunel, he served as Director at Swift Advertising until 1995.
His startup was listed as one of the Fast 500 companies in APAC for 3 consecutive years by Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
He headed Airwave China, the Innovation and Mobility Business Unit within Omnicom Media Group, responsible for all of OMG's blue chip clients.
He was Vice President of Asia at Velti, and an Executive Director at Madhouse Inc.
