Amanda Agati is Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer for PNC Financial Services Asset Management Group. Amanda leads the firm's overall investment strategy, portfolio and risk management approach and investment solution development across the Asset Management Group. Her investment leadership guides PNC’s holistic, tailored approach to serving investment and wealth management needs of individuals, families, corporations and institutions across the firm’s nationwide footprint. She also authors thought leadership and is a top voice across several social media channels on key investment topics. Amanda has almost 25 years of financial services experience, and has held senior roles in investment banking, investment advisory and equity research at Legg Mason, Stifel and PNC.

She is the Chief Investment Officer for PNC's Asset Management Group and Chair of the PNC Investment Policy Committee.
She leads the firm's overall investment strategy, including the Investment Office, PNC Private Bank®, PNC Private Bank Hawthorn® and PNC Institutional Asset Management®.
She also manages the evolution of investment processes, provides thought leadership on key investment issues, and authors numerous investment-related publications.
She is also a member of the Investment Committee for PNC's pension fund, has recently served on PNC's Corporate Diversity Council, and is a PNC-certified Women's Business Advocate.
Prior to her current position, she was the Managing Director and Chief Investment Strategist for PNC.

Most recently, she was Legg Mason's Vice President and Equity Research Analyst, responsible for generating new investment ideas and assessing existing client holdings in the Utilities sector.
She actively participated on the firm’s SRI group focusing on environment, social, and governance issues and the use of fossil-free strategies in portfolios.
She was a member of Legg Mason’s Institutional Investment Committee and led the firm’s annual “Intellectual Capital” investment conference.
