Andrea Paltrinieri
Andrea Paltrinieri is an Associate Professor of Banking and Finance at the Department of Economics and Business Management Sciences at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. His main research interests include Islamic finance, sovereign wealth funds and commodities. Andrea is also an Energy Analyst for Natgasweather, a CNBC commentator, a Senior Editor of the International Journal of Emerging Markets, and an Associate Editor of the International Journal of Islamic and Middle Eastern Finance and Management. Prior to this, he was an Assistant Professor of Banking and Finance for 7 years at the University of Udine. He is the author of several papers published in academic journals like International Business Review, International Review of Financial Analysis, Research in International Business and Finance, International Review of Economics and Finance.
