Bill started his career working for the U.S. Government, first at the CIA in the Office of Scientific and Weapons Research and later at NASA.
He spent several years bringing next-generation computer graphics and visualization techniques into use at NASA and the CIA.
As one of the early team members of Netscape, he was involved in building some of the core infrastructure that helped grow the consumer Internet we all use today.
He was also the Founder, CEO, and President of Boom Financial, a mobile banking service for underserved communities in the U.S. and Latin America.
He also served as an Advisor at Boost VC, where he provided mentoring and guidance to angel stage companies.
