Bryan Cavalier
Bryan Cavalier is a Managing Director of Investments at TerraCotta Group, a private investment firm that seeks to deliver stable, attractive, risk-adjusted returns across all market cycles. He has nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience including loan originations, property acquisitions, asset and portfolio management and capital markets. Prior to joining TerraCotta, Bryan was Managing Director and West Coast Head of CIT Real Estate Finance, where he managed loan origination and underwriting for the bank’s Western Region with over $1 billion in annual loan production. Previously, he worked at Apollo Global Management as a member of the firm’s North America real estate investment team, responsible for underwriting and executing property acquisitions in the Western U.S.

Bryan was a Senior Vice President with OneWest Bank Commercial Real Estate Group, a firm which was acquired by CIT Group in 2015.
He was a Vice President at Citi Real Estate Private Equity Group, and an Associate for UBS Real Estate, Lodging and Leisure Investment Banking.
He received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
