With a demonstrated history of working in the financial technology and financial services industries, Dan has acquired extensive skills in investment banking, private equity, and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to joining Millennium Trust, he held investment banking and private equity roles at William Blair, Goldman Sachs, and GTCR, where he collectively spent over a decade focused on M&A and capital markets transactions across the financial services and financial technology sectors.
