Daniel Peris is Senior Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager, and Head of Strategic Value Dividend Team at Federated Hermes, one of the largest investment management firms specializing across a wide array of asset classes. In his roles, he is responsible for portfolio management and research in the global equity area, and the strategic value dividend suite of products of $25B in dividend-focused portfolios. Peris is a dividend investing guru with over 20 years of industry experience. Before transitioning into asset management, Peris was a historian focused on modern Russian history. He was a Fulbright-Hays scholar in the former Soviet Union, and held a postdoctoral fellowship at The Hoover Institution of Stanford University. In addition, he is the author of three books in capital markets, and the host of the Keep Calm and Carry On Investing podcast.
