Dante Disparte is the Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Global Policy and Operations at Circle, a leading financial technology company and issuer of the world’s most widely regulated digital currencies. In this role, he oversees Circle’s global growth, regulatory strategy, public policy, market expansion, international operations, and communications. With more than two decades of experience as an entrepreneur, business leader, and global risk expert, Disparte advises governments, corporations, and international institutions on risk management, resilience, and emerging technologies. Before joining Circle, he was a Founding Executive of the Diem Association, where he led public policy, communications, membership, and social impact initiatives. He also founded and served as Chairman of Risk Cooperative, a strategic risk advisory and insurance brokerage based in Washington, D.C., and previously held senior leadership roles at a global insurance company serving clients in over 150 countries. Disparte is the co-author of Global Risk Agility and Decision Making and a recognized voice on the intersection of finance, innovation, and policy.
