Harrison is a former career diplomat, investment banker and technology executive with over 30 years of business experience, and a banking and finance specialist with a global approach to economics and politics. Prior to Bloomberg, he was Managing Editor at Real Vision and the author of the Credit Writedowns newsletter, a publication he founded to bring a well-informed view of finance, economics, markets, technology, and foreign policy. Previously, he was also Managing Director and Founder at the economic consultancy Global Macro Advisors, where he focused on global economics and corporate strategy.
