Erik Dybesland is Managing Partner and Portfolio Manager at BlackGold Capital Management. He is responsible for overseeing all investment decisions at the firm as well as its day-to-day management. He has over 27 years of experience in the energy industry, particularly high yield, distressed, and equity. Before co-founding BlackGold in 2006, Dybesland was a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers, responsible for high-yield coverage of companies in the exploration and production, oilfield services, and refining and marketing sectors.
