Glenn August
Glenn August is the Founder and CEO of Oak Hill Advisors, a leading alternative investment firm specializing in performing and distressed credit investments. He co-founded the predecessor investment firm to OHA and took responsibility for the firm’s credit and distressed investment activities in 1990. Under his leadership, OHA has become a leading asset manager across multiple credit strategies, including private credit, high yield debt, leveraged loans, stressed and distressed debt and structured credit. He oversaw the acquisition of OHA by T. Rowe Price Group and currently serves on its management committee and board of directors. Glenn has played leadership roles in numerous restructurings and, since 1987, has served on eighteen corporate boards. Prior to founding OHA, and co-founding its predecessor investment firm in 1987, he worked at Morgan Stanley in New York and London.
