He serves as a Professor of Mergers and Acquisitions, Real Options, and Valuations in UCEMA, and Director of T-INSAT Comunicação Satelital, São Mateus, ES, a Brazilian company that focuses its operations in the information technology and services industry. Dumrauf has advised entities in Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Ecuador, and other countries of South America and the USA, managing cases that range from equity valuation, business plan, optimal capital structure, IPO, fairness opinion, financial analysis, and measures of financial performance.
