Jeff Miller is the Founder and Portfolio Manager of NewArc Investments. He is one of Seeking Alpha’s leading economic experts. A public policy analyst and former college professor, Miller taught advanced research methods and analyzed many issues related to state tax policy. He taught classes for beginning options traders, developed new forecasting techniques, and investigated anomalies in the standard option pricing models.
