Jim Berry
Jim Berry is a Partner and US Real Estate Leader at Deloitte. Prior to this, he served as the head of the firm’s audit practice for the RE sector. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Berry has gained particular expertise in initial public offerings, private placements, and SEC filings, as well as advising clients in all aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and due diligence activities. He is also a frequent instructor and speaker on industry and other technical subject matters with Deloitte.
