John Klopp
John R. Klopp is Managing Director and Head of Global Real Assets at Morgan Stanley Investment Management. He joined the firm in 2010 and served as Co‐Chief Executive Officer, Co‐Chief Investment Officer, and Head of the Americas for Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing until 2016. Before this, Klopp was the Chief Executive Officer of Capital Trust, a publicly-traded real estate finance and investment management firm he co‐founded in 1997. He also founded and served as Managing Partner of Victor Capital Group, a private merchant banking boutique specializing in workouts and distressed debt investing.
