John Palmer

John Palmer is the President of Cboe Digital, the first U.S.-regulated crypto native exchange and clearinghouse combination platform to offer leveraged derivatives products. Palmer is a financial services professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. He has a detailed knowledge of multi-asset market micro and macro structures, equity derivative pricing models, and API, FIX, and market data messaging layers. Previously, he was Global Head of Product Strategy at CrossTower, where he was responsible for the digital exchange's roadmap, go-to market strategy, and competitive position. Prior to joining CrossTower, Palmer held various senior leadership roles at Cboe Global Markets, most recently as Vice President of Derivatives and Head of U.S. Options. Before that, he was Director of Product Management at ISE Holdings, where he held strategic discovery sessions with senior users and developed the exchange's long-term roadmap.
