Josh Rosner is Managing Director of Graham Fisher and Co., an independent research consultancy specializing in banking and financial markets. He is also Chief Policy Advisor at Paxos, the first regulated trust company for digital assets, and an Advisory Board Member at itBit Trust Co. Rosner advises regulators, policy-makers and institutional investors on banking and financial markets. He was among the first analysts to identify accounting problems at the government-sponsored-enterprises and to warn of the coming credit crisis. Previously he was the managing director of financial services research for Medley Global Advisors and was an executive vice president at CIBC World Markets and Managing Director at Oppenheimer & Co. Rosner is the co-author of "Reckless Endangerment" and "These Are the Plunderers" with Gretchen Morgenson.

Rosner was one of the earliest in identifying the peak in housing markets, and the likelihood of contagion in credit markets.
