Keith Rabois is Managing Director of Khosla Ventures, a firm dedicated to building impactful, disruptive technology companies. He has led KV’s investments in a broad array of startups including DoorDash, Stripe, Thoughtspot, Affirm, Even Financial, and Piazza. He is also the CEO of Opendoor, an e-commerce company backed by Khosla Ventures. Rabois is a well-known venture capitalist, operator and entrepreneur who has helped build some of the most important companies in Silicon Valley including PayPal, LinkedIn and Square. Prior to rejoining KV, he was a General Partner at Founders Fund, where he led investments in Ramp, Trade Republic, and Aven, and before that made early personal investments in YouTube, Airbnb, Palantir, Lyft, Udemy, and Eventbrite.

During his tenure as COO at Square, the company was selected 5th, 1st, and 3rd most innovative company on the planet.
As a board member, he guided Yelp and Xoom from inception to successful initial public offerings.
EARLY CAREER
Rabois began his career in the industry as a senior executive at PayPal and has also practiced as an attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell.
He is considered a member of the PayPal Mafia, a group that includes PayPal co-founders Peter Thiel, Max Levchin, and Elon Musk.
He started his technology career with leadership roles at PayPal, as their EVP of Business Development, Public Affairs & Policy, before joining LinkedIn as Vice President of Business & Corporate Development, and finally, Block (formerly known as Square), as Chief Operating Officer.
