Michael Barrington-Hibbert is the Founder and Global Managing Partner of Barrington Hibbert Associates, the executive search, leadership development and diversity advisory firm. He is responsible for key client relationships for Barrington Hibbert Associates, operating at Board and Global Management Committee level. He is also the Co-founder of the 10,000 Black Interns initiative, a nonprofit organization that transforms the prospects of young Black people in the UK. Michael has over 20 years of executive research industry experience, with an extensive global track record in primary and secondary banking and market appointments, both on the sell and buy side. He is a leader in the field of diversity awareness and equality, and is an active contributor to press and television media on executive recruitment practices and inclusivity. He works closely with FTSE 100 companies and leading investment banks to advise them on how to increase the number of BAME professionals within senior management positions.
