Mickey Harley is Chief Executive Officer of Greenrose Holding Company, a multi-state cultivator and producer of cannabis brands and products. Mickey has over 30 years of experience in agriculture, real estate and finance. Prior to Greenhouse, he served as President of Bhavana Berries, a vertically integrated branded organic blueberry business located on the North Fork of Long Island. He was the CEO of National Pecan Company, which became the largest, vertically integrated pecan company in the world, and was later acquired by Diamond Foods, Inc. in 2017. Previously, he spent nearly 20 years in the asset management industry. Since 2011, Mickey has been the Managing Member and majority owner of The Arsenal Group, which is involved in the acquisition, remediation and redevelopment of a “brownfield” industrial real estate project.

EARLY CAREER

  • At Bhavana Berries, his responsibilities included developing the concept which employed both branding and vertical integration.

  • He worked in new strategies, design of the orchard, development and creation of the plant, and creation of sales and distribution strategy.

  • At NPC, he developed the concept of horizontal consolidation and vertical integration in the pecan industry.

  • He was involved in identifying the initial acquisition targets and raising $200,000,000 to launch the company.
