Mike Kessler
Mike Kessler is the Founder and CEO of Tokenise, is the world's first regulated stock exchange for tokenized securities. Under his leadership, Tokenise has developed technology and obtained licenses to fractionalize ownership of various asset classes within a regulated trading environment. The exchange provides a regulated global marketplace for a diverse range of listed entities in both traditional and new asset classes. Kessler is a blockchain enthusiast, an early adopter of cryptocurrencies, and an evangelist of the benefits of blockchain and associated technologies. He started his career in investment banking, hedge funds, compliance, private equity, regulatory hosting and tokenized securities.

EARLY CAREER
He started his career as an Associate Trader at ING, where he traded EMEA equities and proprietary trading for Israel and the Middle East.
He also headed up ING's equities trading arm for e-Business and created a global electronic trading platform with H&C Bank in Korea.
He later served as Associate Director at UBS, heading operations to create a global electronic trading platform for the firm.
He headed up recruitment services and took over Health and Safety recruitment for UK Teaching.
