Mike O'Grady
Michael O'Grady is the Chairman and CEO of Northern Trust, a leading provider of wealth management, asset servicing, asset management and banking to corporations, institutions, affluent families and individuals. Prior to joining Northern Trust in 2011, he was Managing Director of the Investment Banking Group and Head of the Depository Institutions Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Before that, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers.

He oversaw the firm's Wealth Management, Corporate and Institutional Services, and Asset Management businesses.
Northern Trust’s C&IS business unit is a leading provider of asset servicing, investment management, banking and related services to institutional clients worldwide.
Prior to becoming president of C&IS, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Northern Trust.
