Nick Hammer is the Co-Founder and CEO of BlockFills, a leading financial technology and trading solutions firm providing access to digital asset markets for institutional and professional traders. Nick has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry including banking, equities, fixed income, futures, and OTC FX trading. Prior to BlockFills, he was Managing Partner at Direct FX Trading, and Owner and Principal of Lotus Brokerage, a futures and FX Broker responsible for raising over 20,000 FX accounts on a global level.

Nick co-founded BlockFills, a global prime brokerage, technology and trading firm in the digital asset space.
Under his leadership, BlockFills provides liquidity, technology and clearing of digital assets for professional and institutional clients.
The platform arms its partners with the technology, risk mitigation, deep liquidity, 24/7 market access, and white glove support they need to safely launch or scale their digital asset business.
He has been featured in Yahoo! Finance, Cointelegraph, Fintech Futures, and TheStreet, among others.
EARLY CAREER
Nick began his financial career working in Fixed Income at ABN AMRO.
He was a Commodities Broker for Lind-Waldock and a Registered Representative for REFCO LLC.
He also served as a Director and Board member for Direct FX Trading, an Australian-based FX dealer.
He founded Basis Capital Markets UK, an FCA regulated Broker Dealer in 2015 and has since served as Chairman.
