Paul Viera is the Founder and CEO of EARNEST Partners, a global investment firm responsible for overseeing over $50 billion for municipalities, states, corporations, endowments, and universities. He developed Return Pattern Recognition®, the investment methodology used to screen equities at EARNEST. Prior to founding Earnest Partners in 1998, Viera was a Vice President at Bankers Trust in both New York and London. He later joined Invesco, where he became a Global Partner and senior member of its Investment Team. In addition to EARNEST, Viera is a minority owner and investor of the San Antonio Spurs.
