Peg Pike, Brouwer & Janachowski Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for implementing the company's vision, strategic plan, business goals, and directing all operational, administrative, talent management, and infrastructure activities. She is also a Principal of the firm and a Member of the Investment Committee. During her more than 30 years in financial services, she has held executive positions with J.P. Morgan Securities, Fidelity Investments, and Andersen Consulting, now Accenture. Peg also has extensive experience in the capital markets helping businesses with strategic planning and execution, investment operations, resource management, scaling for growth, IT, compliance and organizational transformation.
Peg Pike was Vice President and Fixed Income Business Manager at Wellington Management Company, a Boston-based global investment firm.
She was also Chief Operating Officer of Rampart Investment Management, an RIA specializing in equity options strategies for individuals, family offices, and institutions.
Peg serves as the Treasurer, Investment Committee Member, and an Executive Board Committee Member for 10,000 Degrees, an organization that helps students from low-income backgrounds get to and through college in order to positively impact their communities and the world.
As a Financial Advisor, Peg is responsible for the Women’s Financial Council—the Company’s team of women Financial Advisors.
She hosts the Women’s Money Circle, a networking and support group for women who want to master the management of their finances, and directs the Company’s outreach to women who are rebuilding their financial lives following divorce or death of a spouse.
