Raj Gokal
Raj Gokal is the Co-Founder and President of Solana. As the leader of one of the world’s largest Web3 platforms, Gokal serves as Chief Operating Officer overseeing day-to-day operations at Solana Labs. While his co-founder Anatoly Yakovenko may be more tech-focused, he has a flair for business and helping emerging Solana ecosystem projects find their footing in a fast-paced world. He also serves on the board of the Solana Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to the decentralization, growth, and security of the Solana network. Prior to joining the crypto movement, Gokal was previously focused on startups in behavioral health. He started his career in venture capital with a focus on high-growth tech business.

EARLY CAREER
Gokal was Director of Product at Omada Health, where he built a digital health program for diabetes and heart disease prevention.
He was an Entrepreneur-in-Resident at Rock Health, where he advised digital health companies.
He was also a Co-Founder of Sano, where they developed consumer wearable health monitoring devices focused on blood glucose.
Before his health tech career, he was an Associate for General Catalyst Partners where he made investments in consumer internet, software systems and services, and clean energy.
