Ryan Allis is a Managing Partner at HeartRithm, an algorithmic crypto quant fund. In his role, he combines his 20 years of technology, marketing, and business experience to build the company into a globally-leading algorithmic crypto quant fund that builds a regenerative engine that funds the new story of humanity’s future. Ryan is the Chairman of Hive, a global community of purpose-driven leaders who are creating a better world. In addition, he is the publisher of Coinstack, one of the world’s largest weekly crypto newsletter focused on the institutional investor. Previously, he was the Co-founder and CEO of iContact, growing the firm to 300 employees, 70,000 customers, $50M in annual sales, and an exit for $169 million. Ryan is a serial technology entrepreneur who has built both tech companies and global communities. He is an angel investor and has invested in more than 30 firms including SpaceX, Robinhood, LendingClub, Change.org, and Off-Grid Electric.

Ran is the Chairman and Owner of Hive Digital, which provides digital marketing services to companies that are creating a better world.
He is also founder of the Hive Ventures which invests in socially responsible high-growth businesses in the USA, Africa, and Latin America.
Ryan guided Tatango through 10x revenue growth, making the company a leader in opt-in political SMS messaging.
Under his leadership, iContact made the INC 500 list three times as one of the fastest growing companies in the United States.
He served as a National Co-Chairperson for Tech for Obama during the 2012 Presidential Election along with Reid Hoffman and Marc Benioff.
He advised the United Nations Foundation on technology and marketing sectors.
He was an inaugural member of the United Nations Global Entrepreneur Council.
