Shannon Saccocia is Chief Investment Officer of NB Private Wealth, a division of Neuberger Berman. As CIO, she works closely with investment leadership across Neuberger Berman to establish market views, asset allocation and portfolio recommendations tailored specifically for NBPW clients. She is also responsible for leading the NBPW investment platform to enable comprehensive delivery of the firm's investment capabilities. Shannon has over 24 years of experience in wealth management, serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Prior to joining Neuberger Berman in 2023, she was the Chief Investment Officer for five years for SVB Private and Boston Private Wealth, a leading provider of fully integrated wealth management, trust, and private and commercial banking services. In this capacity, she oversaw all investment management functions, including portfolio construction, asset allocation, third-party manager selection, equity and fixed income portfolio management, performance and trading.
She was responsible for setting the overall investment policy of the firm, as well as directing the firm's investment strategy, research, portfolio management, trading, asset allocation and investment risk management functions.
She also worked in the lead Asset Allocation Group at Boston Private, responsible for both strategic and tactical asset allocation for the firm's client portfolios.
She was also a member of the firm’s executive team, as well as the Investment Policy Committee, and Asset Allocation Working Group.

Previously, Shannon had senior roles at Banyan Partners and Silver Bridge Advisors focused on manager selection and portfolio construction.
Prior to SVB Private, she was the Director of Manager Search and Selection for Silver Bridge Advisors.
Sheworked at State Street Corporation, providing performance and attribution analysis for institutional investors.
