Abradat Kamalpour is a Partner at the Financial Markets Practice of Jones Day and Architect of the global law firm's FinAccelerate program. At Jones Day, he advises financial institutions and growth companies on cross-border fintech opportunities between the United States' Bay Area and New York, London, and the Firm's clients in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Kamalpour has extensive experience in fintech, blockchain structured finance, and debt capital markets. He has been at the forefront of using blockchain tech and crypto on various transactions, including building out exchanges, tokenization platforms, and digital asset issuances, as well as the creation and legal development of crypto, crypto-based payment systems, and related application offerings. Kamalpour has structured numerous complex structured financing transactions and market-leading financings for global financial institutions, including Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan, Fortress, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, Nomura, and Goldman Sachs. He has also served as an advisor and member of various boards, forums, and working groups focused on fintech.

Kamalpour was the Founder of New Silk Road Forum, and an advisory board member of Blockchain Coinvestors in Silicon Valley.
He was a legal mentor on the Accenture London FinTech Innovation Lab program.
