EARLY CAREER
Campbell began his career at Lehman Brothers as a proprietary equity derivatives trader, where he traded convertible bonds, commodities, and volatility across multiple asset classes.
During his time at Lehman, he managed both discretionary and systematic strategies and was responsible for a significant share of desk profitability over a defined period.
He later joined Bridgewater Associates, where he invested in global macro markets and served as Head of Commodities until 2015.
