Bob Prince is the Co-Chief Investment Officer of Bridgewater Associates, the world's largest hedge fund. As Co-CIO, he is jointly responsible for managing the hedge fund’s investment process with Ray Dalio and Greg Jensen. He also serves as a Director on Bridgewater’s Operating Board of Directors. Since joining Bridgewater in 1986, Prince has been a partner in developing all aspects of Bridgewater’s investment process and products. Previously, he was responsible for asset and liability management, investment portfolio management, and the Treasury function for First National Bank of Tulsa, where he worked with Bridgewater in the development of associated strategies.
Prince met Ray Dalio in the early 1980s while he was working as the Head of the Treasury Department at First National Bank of Tulsa.
As Co-CIO, he is responsible for managing the hedge fund's investment process.
He has been a Partner Bridgewater for over 30 years and has served on Bridgewater’s Management Committee since its inception.
He utilized the firm as his off-campus research staff in managing the bank’s funding, asset/liability management, and investment portfolio.
