Cam Harvey is a Distinguished Professor of Finance at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research. He is a globally recognized expert in portfolio management, asset allocation, cost of capital, and global risk management, with extensive experience advising leading asset management and consulting firms worldwide. Harvey serves as a Partner and Senior Advisor at Research Affiliates, overseeing more than $180 billion in client funds, and as an Investment Strategy Advisor to Man Group PLC, the world’s largest publicly listed global hedge fund provider. He has published over 150 scholarly articles covering investment finance, emerging markets, corporate finance, behavioral finance, financial econometrics, and computer science. In addition, Harvey is a Founding Director of the Duke-CFO Survey, a widely followed quarterly survey that polls over 1,500 CFOs globally, providing key insights into corporate financial strategies, risk management, and market expectations.
