Carlos Sava is the Founder and Portfolio Manager for Clarendon Capital Management, an independent investment advisory firm serving accredited investors, family offices, and independent RIAs. In his role, Carlos is responsible for all investment decisions and leads the firm's strategic efforts. Carlos is a finance and accounting professional with investment management, investment banking, and entrepreneurial experience as well as CPA and CFA credentials. He is passionate about value investing and engaging with clients and fellow investors, and worked with information technology, insurance, professional services, and government and defense contracting firms. Prior to establishing CCM, Carlos was an investment banker and assisted corporate clients execute mergers and acquisitions, raise capital, and assess strategic alternatives.
Over the course of his investment banking career, Carlos Sava participated in capital raising and advisory transactions of nearly $2 billion in aggregate value.
At Clarendon Capital Management, he serves as an advisor, value investor, and portfolio manager with experience across sectors, with long/short strategies, and an emphasis on special situations.
The breadth of his background allows him to help investment firms and companies create value addressing the following areas: strategy, capital allocation/capital raising, KPIs (key performance indicators), financial reporting and analysis, and M&A opportunities.
