George Douglas
George Douglas is the Chief Investment Officer and Managing Principal of SSI Investment Management. He is responsible for leading the firm’s Portfolio Management Team. He also oversees the day-to-day management of client portfolios and their investment research effort. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Quantitative Equity Investments at CS First Boston Asset Management. Douglas has more than 40 years of experience in quantitative equity research and portfolio management.

- He moved to Wall Street and spent 10 years creating and directing a quantitative think tank called DAIS Group at Drexel.

- He joined SSI Investment in 1994 as its first Chief Investment Officer.
- He has been named to Institutional Investor’s “All American Research Team” four times.
