Greg Reid
Greg Reid is the President of Real Assets at Westwood Holdings Group, a focused investment management boutique and wealth management firm. He also serves as the President of Salient, an asset management boutique and leading provider of real assets. He leads the MLP Business for Salient which manages approximately $2.3 billion in public energy infrastructure investments, and leads a team in actively investing in private energy investments and other energy-related opportunities in the market. Reid has a lengthy career in investment, dating back to 1987. He has held various leadership roles in wealth management and investment firms, including Merrill Lynch’s Private Banking and Investment Group. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Reid is very active in his community through his involvement in various charitable organizations.

EARLY CAREER
Prior to Salient, he served as the Founder and CEO of RDG Capital, a Houston-based asset and wealth management firm specializing in MLP investments, which was later acquired by Salient.
He was also a Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner at Telemus Capital, specializing in MLP investments and wealth management.
Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President of Merrill Lynch. Greg began his career in the financial services industry with Goldman Sachs.
