Jeffrey Christian
Jeffrey Christian is the Founder and Managing Partner of the CPM Group, a commodities management and research firm. Jeff is considered one of the most knowledgeable experts on precious metals markets, commodities in general, and financial engineering. He is most known for his work on financial engineering in commodities, including central bank gold lending, the use of gold leases for mine project financing, commodity indexed notes, and managed accounts for institutional and high net worth individual investors. Throughout his career, he has worked with governments and many of the world’s largest and most prominent mining companies, industrial companies, investment banks, and institutional and individual investors. He is also the author of Commodities Rising 2006.
CPM Group was created in 1986 via a management acquisition of the Commodities Research Group at Goldman Sachs.
