Jen Zhu Scott
Jen Zhu Scott is a globally recognized entrepreneur, investor, and thought leader in artificial intelligence applications, blockchain, data ownership and China's digital monetary strategies. She is the Founding Partner of IN Capital, a digital-forward asset management firm where she leads investments in deep tech and AI, shaping the future of technology and society. She is also the Co-Founder and CEO of Power Dynamics, an integrated BESS and data center cooling company. Previously, she was Chairman of The Commons Project Foundation, and played a key role in providing global health data interoperability during the global pandemic. Before that, she was Head of Business Development and Strategy in APAC for Thomson Reuters and led the firm’s speech-to-text, deep search intelligence, video-indexing projects. Zhu Scott sits on several boards and advisory boards of deep tech companies, and actively invests in AI startups including the world’s first generative AI native search engine.

EARLY CAREER
Zhu Scott was Founding Principal of Radian Partners, a private investment firm for large family owners focusing on AI and renewable energy.
She co-founded one of the first education companies in China, and exited before moving to the UK as a Senior Advisor to the education subsidiary of Daily Mail & General Trust.
In 2016, WEF appointed her to be one of 20 members of the inaugural Council of The Future of Blockchain and reappointed her for the 2018-2020 term.
In 2020, she joined the Data Policy Council of the World Economic Forum as a Council Member.
She is also a Senior Technical Consultant for Season 5 and 6 of the HBO show Silicon Valley.
