Jon Sandelman
Jon Sandelman is the Executive Chairman and CEO of Ayr Wellness, an expanding, vertically-integrated multi-state cannabis operator. He has been instrumental in guiding the company's growth and strategic direction within the rapidly evolving cannabis industry. Sandelman is a 30-year Wall Street veteran of banking and finance, with a history of generating shareholder value. He started his financial career managing derivatives and arbitrage at Salomon Brothers and then Bank of America Securities, where he served as President. He later founded and led his own multibillion dollar asset management firm, Sandelman Partners.
