Kevin Cott

Kevin Cott is a Managing Partner and Founder of Cott Law Group, a boutique law firm focused on providing full-service legal counsel to the investment management industry. Kevin has built a strong national investment management practice that caters to both emerging and established asset managers. He specializes in structuring domestic and offshore hedge funds, digital assets funds, commodity pools, private equity funds and other alternative investment vehicles. He also advises clients regarding related regulatory and registration requirements, as well as management company operational matters. Kevin received his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Georgia and his J.D. from Emory University.
