He is a member of the CME, CBOT, and CBOE with over 25 years of experience trading volatility, market-making , and managing risk. He is also an expert in options, stocks, bonds, ETPs, commodities, futures, and volatility. Previously, Noel was the Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager of two separate Chicago-based proprietary derivatives trading firms. He is well-versed in high-frequency trading, relevant market structure, and the underlying technology. His venture capital investments have resulted in successful exits in excess of $300 million. He serves as Head of Options Trading at Tanius Technology and Research Collaborator at Columbia Business School.

He was an Equity Partner and Founding Member of KCG Holdings, now Virtu Financial. He was the seed investor who financed the launch of GETCO.
He was a Market Maker and Floor Trader at CBOE Global Markets with operations at the CBOT, CME and AMEX.
