Paul Zemsky is Chief Investment Officer of Multi-Asset Strategies and Solutions at Voya, a leading investment management firm with capabilities spanning traditional products and solutions as well as replicated indexes. In his role, Paul is responsible for Voya's suite of value-added, customized and off-the-shelf products and solutions supported by the team's asset allocation, manager research, quantitative research, portfolio implementation and multi-manager capabilities. Under his leadership, multi-asset products and solutions are developed that allow Voya’s clients to plan, invest and protect their assets. Prior to joining Voya, Paul co-founded CaliberOne Private Funds Management, a macro hedge fund. He began his career at JPMorgan Investment Management, where he held several key positions, including head of investments for over $300 billion of fixed income assets.
Paul is a member of Voya Investment Management’s management committee and a board member of Pomona Capital.
Zemsky joined the company in 2005 as head of Derivative Strategies. He currently serves on the board of Pomona Capital.
He holds dual degrees in finance and electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
