Robert Doty

Robert Doty has been involved in the finance industry as a municipal financial advisor, special consultant, investment banker, and bond and securities lawyer and underwriter counsel. With more than 45 years in billions of dollars of successful transactions in municipal bonds, municipal securities offerings, and corporate finance transactions, Doty has worked with local governments and private entities and corporations in over three dozen states across the nation. Doty has published more than 80 articles and several books on municipal bonds, with favorably cited publications by the Securities and Exchange Commission and FINRA and in judicial decisions on municipal securities law. Robert Doty is also a regionally and nationally recognized authority on public finance, municipal bond market, municipal disclosure, and due diligence, fiduciary duties, and roles and responsibilities of parties.
